Many VINs for Europe, the Middle East and Asia don't contain the model year. In that case the app asks you for the year and market. You can always correct the year, engine and market on the “Is this your car?” screen, or pick your car by hand.

Features differ by trim, market and software version, so some secrets aren't available on every car. Check that the year, engine and market in your garage are right — the app only shows secrets that match them. If it still doesn't work, write to us and we'll check it.
